As a Partner with Acuity HR Solutions, Devan leads the HR Consulting and Projects division where she works with clients to deliver and implement key HR projects to support their organizational objectives and strengthen their culture. In addition, Devan provides ongoing coaching to clients, counselling leaders through complex employee relations situations. With everything she does her ultimate goal is to empower leaders with the tools to effectively lead their teams.
